Looking for an item you don't see in our store? We can order it in for you. I can not do so if I do not know the issue. We have very few complaints overall and those we do encounter are usually resolved quickly.

Leaving a negative or neutral feedback does not help you or myself. Our goal is to ensure an overall positive experience always.

These might include incomplete / incorrect address, unclaimed packages, or other reasons. When this happens the return process is unfortunately very long. As a result, the return process for a package like this can sometimes take 3-4 weeks before the package can be retrieved and resent out. This situation rarely happens (less than 1%) but it does happen once in a while.

Unfortunately the long return process is out of our control. The good news however is that we can normally fix and resolve the issue, we just ask for some patience.
